I had my air ducts cleaned last August. Since then my main floor air conditioning did not work. I called the company who leaned it but they couldn’t figure it out. Since then we woke up to 48 degrees the past few weeks with a slow rise during the day but never hitting the target. I called Shaffer Beacon and Bill and his apprentice showed up the next day. I have been with this company since 2009. And they go over and above each and every time. They when our of there way and shoveled a path to my oil tank. Do to my physical limitations. I would recommend they to everyone. Keep up the great job.

Like many others have said this place has really changed under the new ownership. Used to be very friendly, great customer service, very fair and transparent pricing along with many other great attributes. Since the rebrand and ownership change it’s been a downhill decline. While we had a couple of issues, our last straw was a service manager being extremely rude and dismissive on the phone while discussing a situation and then proceeding to hang up the phone.
