Annual boiler cleaning and tune-up was carried out on time by an excellent technician who was friendly and went the extra mile to make sure my boiler was performing up to spec.
We had a whole new furnace installed by Beacon Mechanical about 3 years ago. They were always very professional and easy to deal with. Then they were bought out by Shaffer and we've heard nothing but nightmare stories about this company. The town Facebook page is full of these stories. Pick a town in the Farmington Valley.
