Wonderful local company. The first people I call when I have a problem around the house. If they can't fix it they always know someone reliable that can. Update, just called them to get a quote on replacing a 40 year old oil tank. Someone came out the same day and I had the quote a little later. We dealt with Beacon for many years when we lived in Granby. After leaving CT and moving back to Simsbury we once again went back to them. Their service and employees are spectacular!
Agent reminded me of the option of an emergency call or same day call to save money. Technician thoroughly checked furnace to assure me my dust problem was unrelated to furnace functioning.
I had my air ducts cleaned last August. Since then my main floor air conditioning did not work. I called the company who leaned it but they couldn’t figure it out. Since then we woke up to 48 degrees the past few weeks with a slow rise during the day but never hitting the target. I called Shaffer Beacon and Bill and his apprentice showed up the next day. I have been with this company since 2009. And they go over and above each and every time. They when our of there way and shoveled a path to my oil tank. Do to my physical limitations. I would recommend they to everyone. Keep up the great job.
