Hot water tank went. Called Shaffer and they were there very fast to replace with a new one. Excellent service!
I sent in a poor lreview regarding the service I received and it never showed up! We spent $250 dollars for a service call to repair a pipe leak. The service man only removed the caulking around the pipe and said the leaked stopped! How could that repair our leak? We had to call another company to repair the leak. We have been doing business with this company for over 40 years. Since the company changed owners we have not had a good experience.
Sent an off hour email regarding an hvac issue and was offered a very fast appointment! The people in the office are always on top of it, polite and always helpful! In addition, Mike McDonald the technician is AMAZING! He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave thorough explanations and solved the issue! He is smart, affable and will request him always!

Great HVAC/mechanical contractor to work with! The techs are great and the owner David is knowledgeable and honest!. Would recommend to anyone!
