Although I am pleased with the a/c condenser cleaning, the problem with balancing was not resolved. To the technician’s credit, he did identify the source of the imbalance and the vibration. He was unable to balance and improve the loud noise, which was one of the original request for the service call. When making the request for service, I asked for both the cleaning maintenance and solving the noise issue.
Wonderful local company. The first people I call when I have a problem around the house. If they can't fix it they always know someone reliable that can. Update, just called them to get a quote on replacing a 40 year old oil tank. Someone came out the same day and I had the quote a little later. It was a little more than I was hoping for, but a second quote was slightly more. I signed the contract and they scheduled the work 2 days later.
