They certainly earned this one star review over the years. I had mini splits installed through this company a good 5 years ago. I was told they wouldn't need maintance. I've paid almost 5k in maintenance and cleaning fees since. Well, for maintance this time I looked around at other options and found plenty for a more affordable price. Great service call with Paul and DeVonte.
I had an emergency when our well pump broke, leaving our house without water. Shaffer Beacon responded promptly and was able to get our water back up and running. Replacing a well pump is a significant job, and I’m extremely grateful to Paul, Carlos, Alerek, and Mario for staying at our home and working through the process to get everything completed.
