Wonderful service, when I called twice this month. I had bought heat, air and hot water tank last year, and they came out for no charge, which was awesome. Thank you!
They are very informative and knowledgeable in there craft. They laid out every option for fixing or replacing our ac and boiler so it felt very refreshing that we had genuine people not just trying to squeeze money out of us but trully cared about there costumers. The secretary that we called was super sweet and very informative as well and they were able to get people in quickly to assess the situation. Just absolutely wonderful!!
Great service. Cust. serv. rep handled everything professionally : scheduling quick service, handling warranty and billing. Service tech arrived quickly, replaced part and had heat going within 2 hours of calling.
The Technicians came on time, diagnosed my furnace problem quickly, explained the problem, told me what it was going to cost, then fixed the problem. It could not have been handled any better.
After doing a lot of research & getting multiple estimates I chose Shafer’s. Primarily on the reviews of others. But so far no qualms (HVAC just installed yesterday). Everyone seemed nice, efficient, prompt and very helpful. From Chelsea & Dana in office to Bob, Tyler & Keith (I apologize if I missed someone). Thank you!
