Called at 8am on a Sunday. Had a call back by 8:20 from there tech Andrew. By 9:30 he was onsite and diagnosed by 9:45. He had to run for parts and by 12:15 fixed and up and running. Will definitely recommend them and will be using them again. Fast programs honest service done by him. Price was very fair giving them had the parts I needed in stock and the emergency call out fee was very reasonable and less than I expected!
Shafer's HVAC never disappoints. I had a furnace breakdown that was not repairable and they installed a new unit the same day. Of course, it had to be negative 3 degrees when it failed. The price was reasonable, however the service was top of the line.
Gabe, of Shafers HVAC serviced our dehumidifier. He replaced a part, efficiently, and got us up and going again in no time. Great, fast service.
We found Gabe from Schafer's to be very professional, honest, and knowledgeable in the installation of our boiler system. His estimate was accurate and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him and Schafer's Heating & Cooling.
Gabe installed a new furnace and AC unit, making sure we’d get the biggest bang for our buck. He was nothing but honest, kind, and a hard worker. He checked in to make sure everything was working properly and was very personable. He was sweet with our two dogs and three kids throughout his visits. He made me feel extremely comfortable answering any and all questions I had along the way.
