I hope no one else has to go through the experience we've had with Schafer. We purchased an AC unit in May, 2025 through one of their companies, and it failed to cool our home from day one. After roughly 10 separate service visits over two seasons, they finally admitted the root cause: they had improperly sized and installed the wrong unit for our home. This company is awesome. Chelsea did an amazing job with setting up an appointment for our business location and then coordination to send the tech to another property right after so that we did not have to wait for a different day appointment. Dustin and Brooke showed on time and went right to work. Dustin looked over both systems very carefully and gave his recommendations as well as things to look out for in the future.
