To anyone in the Hayden ID., CDA and Spokane Wa. that needs any work on your heating or cooling system you need to call or stop in and see the people at SHAFER'S HEATING &COOLING Inc. They gave me a discounted service for my heat pump, which then quit two weeks later. I called a different company I have had dealing with for business, and they found the problem. A part had been cut that had no logical way to be cut unless it was done by someone. Needless to say, I haven't had Shafer's back in my home!
Don't bother!! They are very nice and professional in the beginning then leave you hanging with work not complete, parts missing, laying around and will not install, will not return your repeated calls. If the exterior vents are not visible from the ground they do not put covers on them leaving them open to the elements and critters. A minus 10 stars!!!
