I have been going to Dr. Shafer since we moved to Texas in 2002. We have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Shafer and his staff. I usually dread going to the dentist but Dr. Shafer is different. He professional, kind and super nice. He is also an excellent dentist and would I recommend him to anyone. Doctor shafer is very professional and kind!! They always do their best to fit me in no matter what!!! He has corrected a lot of bad work that I had done before I found them!!!
Wonderful experience with Dr. Shafer and his assistant Pam during my appointment to get a temporary crown for a cracked tooth. He told me everything he was doing during the procedure removing two old fillings from my childhood Dentists and even addressing an old cavity remaining. The Dental miracle IMO was he decided to make the permanent crown during my appointment and brought it in to show me and it looked like a real tooth!
