I would not recommend Shafer at all. I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model S. After I signed the contract, I could hardly reach the salesperson. He does not answer calls. Only text if he feels like it. I live in Cali but purchased the car from OH. The shipping of the car was not a problem. I received the car and found that the car was in an accident and whoever worked on it did a lousy job. I will see if I can take a picture where you clearly see that it was worked on. After the body work, they polished half of the car and you can... read more
