First visit went fine and then I just wanted a cleaning..on arrival I was told that I also had to pay for X Ray's that they had NOT mentioned previously...I have dental insurance and work for an insurance company...this dentist just wants to charge for unnecessary procedures
Dr. William Shaeffer is the best dentist that I have ever come across. First and foremost, his location is very professional and friendly. I love this dentist! Every member of the staff is friendly and courteous. I am always seen promptly at my appointment time. My children see Dr. Shaeffer too and he does a great job of keeping them comfortable. I am so glad that we found this office
I have been to multiple dentists around the world, and this dentist is without a doubt the best I have ever visited. I have now had multiple visits, and procedures done, here and every visit is first class from the moment you walk in the door. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the pricing is very reasonable and the work is first class. If I could wait until every visit to the USA for all my dental work, I would never see another dentist for the rest of my lift. Simple the best I have ever visited.
After a filling fell out that Dr. Shaeffer had originally put in, he re-drilled the area, said he could see the nerve, put in a temporary filling, gave a referal for an endodontist to perform a root canal on the tooth, then said to return to his office for a crown. Upon getting a second opinion from another dentist (it took the office staff 1 1/2 months to send copies of xrays) NO ROOT CANAL OR CROWN WAS NEEDED which resulted in a savings of $2000.
