Mike came out and checked out my heat pump on a Saturday morning and the price was reasonable. Mike knows his business he had my system up and running in no time at all! I will use Shaeffer Air again. Shaeffer air does new insulation and I will be having Shaeffer Air installed some mini split systems on my house. THANK YOU SHAEFFER AIR

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this outfit. I heard good things about them but I witnessed the opposite. Problem after problem. It took over a year of calling them back to repair the half ass job, to a quality that i just have to except and cut my losses.
