Changing my review. Last year I called them out because my AC wasn't performing well. They sprayed my outdoor unit down, said "it's hot outside and your ac can't keep up" and charged me 400 dollars. This year, I got someone else out. Apparently my capacitor had been going bad. They changed it, charged 160 for it, and my house has been cold for the first time in a long time.
Fixed my problem on a mini split well done. Stand up guys at Shaeffer air
Mike came out and checked out my heat pump on a Saturday morning and the price was reasonable. Mike knows his business he had my system up and running in no time at all! I will use Shaeffer Air again. Shaeffer air does new insulation and I will be having Shaeffer Air installed some mini split systems on my house. THANK YOU SHAEFFER AIR

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this outfit. I heard good things about them but I witnessed the opposite. Problem after problem. It took over a year of calling them back to repair the half ass job, to a quality that i just have to except and cut my losses.
