Over the 15 or so years I have had Shaefer insurance I have seldom had to call them for help about anything. But when I have, Brian stepped right up and took care of the issues. I couldn’t ask for more!
The agents are very easy to understand and eager to answer as many questions that the customer may have. They are patient and you don't feel like you are being rushed!
