We worked with Shadywood Tree Experts to have our beloved massive silver maple removed from our backyard. Communication was exceptional with office staff, arborists, crew, and owner Keith, from our initial proposals through the removal. The Shadywood team values integrity, and safety was clearly the highest priority. The removal was highly organized, safe, efficient, and we appreciate how they cleaned up afterwards. From estimate to scheduling to service performed, Shadywood Tree Experts runs an outstanding company. We have contracted with them more than once, and their crews and equipment are professional and highly skilled. They do the job perfectly and clean up completely - five stars for this wonderful resource.

Disappointed in needing to call to nail down appt from 4/7 original inquiry (didn't hear back until 4/12 when I checked back in after previously offering my availability at Shadywood Request). Ended up having a consult on 4/13. Never received a quote. Felt it was important to write this note for lack of follow-through. Our family looked elsewhere for services.
