Don't rent here. I have two small children and my heat broke as of Dec 10th, 2009.. still isn't fixed as of Jan 4th and they won't even reduce my rent for the inconvenience. They also said the part for the furnace was on back order from their manufacturer, well I went online and found the same part for 8 dollars and they won't buy it and use that part, they want to wait months for their manufacturer to fix it. Plus the landlord/maintenance guys like to come inside when you're not home. Any deny that they did. Anything else?
