I used Shadybrook Roofing to replace my roof and only have positive things to say about my experience. The process, from start to finish, was explained and straightforward. Howard remained in contact with me and I never had to guess about anything. Communication was never an issue. I have known other people that have also used this company and they were also pleased with Howard and the results of their project. I highly recommend Shadybrook Roofing for all of your roofing needs.
If there was a way to leave a negative star I would… I’ve never felt so ripped off and lied to by someone in my entire life. I paid him and he said the work would start right away! 4 weeks later he started and then stopped after a third of it was done (badly I may add) when contacted (tried several times with no answer) finally on the 9th call, he had several excuses which changed when he would speak to me or my fiance. Howard and crew completed our roofing project within a day and a half, and did a very professional job. They arrived bright and early, worked a long day, cleaned as they went, and kept us apprised of any faulty decking, flashing, or eaves that needed extra attention. Their quote was reasonable and spot on. Howard worked along side his team and was always available for any questions or concerns. Have I got a story to tell you? Oh yes indeed I do. I got a phone call this morning around 6:00am. One of the managers at the restaurant I work at called me saying our large pergola had been damaged overnight with the high winds. He blocked off the area and we contacted our construction company to see if they could get out to help. As the morning went on the pergola started making noises like it was getting ready to collapse. They did an awesome job blowing in insulation in my attic. Not a spec of remnants left from the job. They cleaned everything up!
