If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've lived in the ghetto before and this place rivals the worst of them. The new owner Brittney is literally evicting people just for asking for simple repairs! There are actual loaded needles in the "laundry room", the gas lines are so old and rusted that at least one building has been condemned! If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. The new owner is cracked out and keep evicting people for no actual reasons. She's marketing them as luxury apartments. There are no screens on windows, no garbage disposal, no dishwasher, no washer and dryers hookups. There's no community amenities, the washroom hardly works and is drug infested. Do not live here!
