Rich was truly amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking at purchasing a house or owning a house getting ready to sell. I had a contingent home and was looking for an inspector. My realtor had given me a list of recommendations and he was top on the list. One short phone call later I was booked and ready to meet him for the inspections. When I spoke with Rich at Shady Side Home Inspections, he was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He gave us a comprehensive inspection report that we are using to move forward with scheduling the repairs needed after we buy our new home. I would definitely use this business again and will recommend them to anyone that needs an inspection done.
