We loved our time at our Shady Oak apartment and highly recommend! The staff was great with communication and answering our questions. Maintenance was quick to respond to items when needed. We were highly impressed by the upkeep of the grass, mulch, etc. In the winter time, sidewalks were cleared and salted in a timely manner. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to live!

The apartments fit the needs of my family perfectly while I was deployed. Whenever there were issues with the apartment the maintenance man, an elderly gentleman, was quick to assist. Did a good job. And was friendly. While there was some confusion regarding the contract, we tried to honor them, and in the end, the owners honored us which we are grateful for. Thanks for having us as your tenants in a crazy market!
