FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE These apartments are operated by the Management Company "Wolf & Kline", but they refuse to manage the property. In my lease agreement, I have 2 parking spots. For months, my neighbors have parked in my parking spots, and W&K refuses to do anything about it. Over the past 48 hours (since a TOW WARNING) was issued to all residents, 6 different vehicles have been parked in my spot and W&K refuses to do anything about it. This is hands down the best house I’ve ever lived in. Never seen floor plans like this one anywhere. Also, it lies in Mount Joy which is one the safest places in all of Pennsylvania. Maintenance and staff are always at service anytime you’re in need. I would live here any day again given the opportunity of getting a job closer to it. Overall, excellent experience. Thank you for making it so joyful throughout!!
