Poor customer service the "property manager" is very rude and seems like she's always trying to find issues and gets so upset and talks rude to the residents that live here,she made a huge deal about us parking in the grass before we headed out on vacation but she parks in the grass most days and more than half the houses have a car in the grass.When Dana was here things were much better but i would like to shout out the maintenance people they do a real good job but one rotten apple can spoil a bunch

Dana and Justin are the most amazing management team that this trailer park has had. They do community events all the time. Today they gave out toys for the kids and hot chocolate. Justin built a church on wheels and brought all the kids together. They are on top of everything and we are loving it!! Fast forward to last Friday 3/22/24 they held an egg hunt for all the kids. Y'all are so freaking awesome
