They are just what i heard them to be another corrupt corporation! I was warned that they kept your money even as I had a tour on moving out with Logan who found absolutely no issues!! I have pictures also.
Shady Lake denied my application because of a misdemeanor charge, which is fine. The only issue is me paying $350 for a deposit and being told I need to wait 30 days to get my money back. The application fee was only 50 bucks but they called me and asked if I had been convicted of the charge, which means they didn’t actually submit a background check so I hope they don’t pocket the $50 dollars and i get the full $350 back. I shouldn’t have overlooked that 2.9 star rating. Shady Lake seems to have some shady practices. Lol
Will raise rent each year, despite the lack of amenities. The tennis court is an eyesore alongside the gym, which closes at 6 and is not open on Sundays. PICK ANOTHER LOCATION NOT WORTH IT
