I’ve really enjoyed living at Shady Lake Apartments. The community is nice and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Logan made finding my first apartment such an easy and positive experience, and he’s always been there whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Streetsboro.
For anyone who is skeptical of moving into Shady Lake Apartments based on previous reviews about the complex keeping their security deposit, I’d like to ease your fears. That was not my experience. Living at Shady Lake was very peaceful, quiet, and trouble-free. I had brand new carpet when I moved in and made sure to take care of it by not wearing shoes or eating on it. After touring today and discussing with Ms. Kline about our budget, she was more than helpful in finding us the perfect unit at an affordable price. Worst living situation I’ve ever been associated with. I got unlucky and have a horrible neighbor living under me. They constantly make noise complaints against me (I live next to a 80 year old lady who loves me and a young family with an infant child who also loves me). The leasing office has treated me like garbage because I’m not the one complaining. It’s so bad that I’m moving out and am going to get stuck with paying 2 rents until someone else rents the apartment out. They immediately deemed me the bad guy with out taki... read more
