Unprofessional maintenance staff overall.
TV doesn’t work in workout room and the staff says they will not fix it. They claim they have to call corporate when it is a simple fix. To the shady lake staff you are all awful and lazy. You all should ne ashamed and hang your head low. Abide your end of the contract by maintaining the workout room. Only thing you care about is lining your pockets. Care about your tenanets and do right for once. Everytime I call about an issue it never gets resolved.
Rude management they do not care go anywhere else!
I would strongly caution anyone—especially women—considering moving into Shady Lakes Apartments. My experience here has been incredibly disappointing, particularly when it comes to safety and overall comfort. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of proper lighting around the complex. From the start, they came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in addressing any concerns.
