I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the service provided by the folks at Shady Grove Podiatry. This was my first visit with Dr. Dang, and the experience was disappointing. He did not come across as empathetic, and my concerns often felt minimized. There was limited inquiry into my symptoms or history, and little explanation of a treatment plan. When I asked him directly about next steps, I was told repeatedly that “it is up to you” without listing me detailed information, pros and cons, which left me unclear about how to proceed. Great group of happy and professional staff who work with you as a human being and not an insurance claim to be filed. Same great people since we started there in 2014.
Dr. Assili is the most knowledgeable, affable & kind physician! His staff is pretty great too!
