I can't recommend the practice and Dr. Jon Dillard enough. I work on my feet and was having pain that was restricting. I felt incredibly seen and heard through my entire experience - every appointment, follow-ups, etc. The entire staff was so helpful.
I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the service provided by the folks at Shady Grove Podiatry. This was my first visit with Dr. Dang, and the experience was disappointing. He did not come across as empathetic, and my concerns often felt minimized. There was limited inquiry into my symptoms or history, and little explanation of a treatment plan. When I asked him directly about next steps, I was told repeatedly that “it is up to you” without listing me detailed information, pros and cons, which left me unclear about how to proceed.
