Beware of the billing system and keep your receipts. I was being charged for something I already paid for, and after I showed the receipt, I was told it would be corrected. But they never followed through, could have called or contacted me, and I kept getting bills. It turns out they applied the money to something else which did not match the receipt. All and all, it took a long time, calls, emails, and confusion for it all to finally get squared away.
