Thank you the entire team and Dr.Banks for helping me get my rainbow baby girl. I finally had my baby after 5 years of trying and multiple miscarriages due to PCOS. I had such a wonderful experience from day one… front desk, nurses, doctors, etc. I’m forever grateful to shady grove. 🤍
I was in some of the worse pain for my ER. The minute I got into the surgery center Lindsey RN saw that. It was really hard getting and IV on me and all the nurses teamed up to help. Eventually Margo was able to get a good one in my hand after making sure I was so comfortable. Kourtney was my post op nurse and she was tentative and a true girls girl. I loved all the staff here and appreciate them so much during my rough time!
They have a great team at shady grove from front desk staff, technicians, nurses and providers. Special shoutout to Dr. Combs and his resident, Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Harris, and RN Maria.
I was recommended by my OB to see a fertility specialist after some recent events that occurred, and after doing intensive research I decided to go with Shady Grove Fertility. My first appointment was amazing. Ms. Willia was very nice, Nicole was amazing and very informative, and I was genuinely excited to continue working with them. I’ve been with SGF Norfolk since December 2025 and have had an amazing experience with the exception of the billing department but that’s beside the point. When it comes to the staff I work with daily and at this point I have worked with nearly everyone on the surgical team, Dr. Harris and Dr. McAlas, every one on the lab team, the ultrasound techs and the front desk, everyone has been a joy to work with!
