Updated: My wife ended up getting pregnant with twins after 4 IUI cycles so we are ultimately grateful for their help in getting us there. Since we knew we could trust Shady Grove with the fertility process, we decided to go back for our third baby. This time has been much more redeeming. I have had numerous appointments with them over the last 2-3 months and have not been let down in any way. Ms Olga, medical assistant, is amazing, friendly, professional and wonderful bedside manner. You barely feel anything when she draws blood.

Made an appointment 3 weeks out. Got a call 2 days before my appointment and was told they don't take my insurance. Literally the first and only question I asked when I called to make the appointment. Got my hopes up. Wasted my time. Requested a day off work for nothing.
