If I to do this again, I would chose a much smaller clinic with more individual approach. SGF - they just too big to fail. They refer patients out for anything. And they don’t care about the outcome for as long as they get a sign off that other provider is caring a liability. They just want to get more IVFs as that what makes them most money (I heard the doctor saying that to the nurses once). The team at SGF NY took amazing care of me during my first (and hopefully last) egg retrieval cycle. I cannot recommend SGF NY enough. Dr Romanski has a calming, reassuring bedside manner and was patient with my questions. He goes above and beyond, making sure all my personal health risk factors were evaluated before starting my cycle. The cycle was a success! I had a terrible problem with them about payment. For some reason they do not save my health insurance information even tough I went there in person 3 times and called 6 more times to get it solved but I keep getting collection notice from labs they used to run my tests simply because they do not do their job of running my health insurance for payments.

Dr Philip Romanski is the BEST! I highly recommend him and the staff at Shady Grove is exceptional! I received the best care here and I’m so thankful I was recommended to Shady Grove.
