We started seeing Dr. Evans-Hoeker last year and took a break between IUIs and IVF. We just had a very successful first retrieval and I credit that to her knowledge, as well as the knowledge of her staff. The ladies at this office are magnificent and I always enjoy seeing them - even on the tough days. Cannot recommend SGF enough
On 12/30/25 I went into SGF for a Saline Sonogram. My provider Dr. Hoeker explained that there was a possibility for spotting/bleeding after this procedure and I understood that. Of course I began to spot on 12/30 but it continued to get super heavy. I contacted the staff multiple times Expressing my concerns. I was messaged back on 1/5/26 stating that cramping and Bleeding after a procedure was “normal” and if I was soaking a pad to be concerned. I came to Shady Grove looking for a second opinion after not having success at the first clinic I went too and feeling like something was being missed. My workup at Shady Grove was very thorough and an answer was found! Seeing Amy’s smiling face at early morning appointments always makes my day better!
We absolutely LOVE SGF ROANOKE! Amy is incredible, and Toni and Dr. Evans-Hoaker are just as amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and genuinely fun to be around. Communication is excellent, and we’ve felt safe, supported, and confident in their care every step of the way. We can’t recommend them enough!
