Desiree, the Phlebotomist, acted very ghetto and like she owns the place. Very unprofessional, approached me without her introducing herself. I went to your Chesterbrook multiple times, unfortunately, and never had an issue with the staff. I think you should train your staff about good communication and professional attitude.
I may butcher this, however Dr. Annibali-Eichelberger was truly amazing. One day I cried during treatment and she was so reassuring and comforting. My next appt I had her again, and let me just say she truly brightened my day 💛
Having been a patient at this clinic for an extended period, I can say that the doctors at this location provide good care, the care coordinators are generally responsive (though they could be more empathetic), and the phlebotomy nurses are usually very skilled, making blood draws quick and relatively painless—especially compared with my experience at the Warrington office when I experienced 10+ hours of pain and numbness in my arm after one blood draw. Dr. Schumacher was fantastic! She is very empathetic and explains the process clearly. The staff is great and the facility/location is convenient.
