Shady Grove Fertility in Bel Air has been wonderful. Dr. Katz and his staff are are truly the BEST!!! Jenna my nurse is so kind and sweet and makes the experience great...love her! Gail at the front desk is always on top of things and gets back to me with all my questions in a timely manner, she is AMAZING as well. I am so glad I picked this center to start my fertility journey I couldn't be happier with this place. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

If I only rated this location on the nurses, ultrasound technicians, phlebotomist and most of the doctors I would give it a 5. My nurse is so kind (Jenna). I won’t dispute the claims about the front desk. Gale might not be a people person in the traditional sense, but she is efficient, remembers people, and processes requests quickly. You will have a good experience here.

By far the worst exsperince I ever encontered , I can go on and on on how bad this location is lets start off with the lack of communication ! PLEASEEEEE!!! dont waste your time or money with this place im trying to save you guys and gals from all the fustration.

I spoke with a lady this morning to go over prices. I don't expect anyone to treat me any differently because we are having trouble getting pregnant. I do expect someone kind and not so frustrated as if we couldn't afford their services. I won't be going there due to the rushed and annoyed conversation I just had with the lady on the phone. Sorry if I interupted your morning Gale, I was simply calling to find the place that fit us best.
