I am so happy to be a part of this facility for our fur babies. Everyone on staff, From the front desk to the techs to the doctors, all show such compassion and concern. They genuinely care about our dogs and go the extra mile to follow up with a call after being seen for an injury , to offering assistance with resources and take the time to get to know you and your pets. The entire staff is awesome! Dr. Lori Elliott is wonderful and has treated my fur babies since 2005! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I can't say enough good about this veterinary clinic. The doctors and staff are all compassionate and very knowledgeable and have taken care of our Goldens for over 13 years. I trust them completely with our furry family members.
A vet there left the room and let assistants revive my 13 year old cat from anesthesia. They screwed it up, and she was left brain damaged. I would not let my worst enemy take their animal here.
We have nothing but good things to say about Shady Grove. Always take good care of our furry babies. Very knowledgeable, and caring. My wife has been using Dr. Elliott for 25 years. We will not trust anyone else to take care of our brood. Please note that you may be offered a puppy and/or kitten to adopt before you leave!
