Amazing! From the service to the food. Traditional supper club with a twist!
Our party of 7 enjoyed 2 appetizers, 7 different entrees, 2 desserts and 2 bottles of wine. Everything was amazing! The service was very attentative and a visit from the chef made us feel so special. Can't wait to go back!!
Oh, SO DISAPOINTING! My wife and I have been regulars at the Shady Grove for several years and never had a bad or even so-so meal--until now. I am so sad to write this review but our food was not good--sirloin was so tough and gristly that my wife could not chew most of it. My steak was also very tough and hard to cut--while trying to saw my way through it the plate would slide around on the table.Some items on the "special" menu were not available even though it was the first night open of the week.. We are so sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience last night! First, we had sold out of the Bluegill feature, and then you didn't enjoy the items you ordered. We were surprised and dismayed you found our steaks unsatisfactory. We hand trim and cut all steaks in-house from choice Black Angus beef and have received nothing but compliments on them- until now.
