they dont know how to fixes anything in your apt I have lived there since 2015 and just recently moved out to something better and cheaper rent if you are trying to move into shady creek ranch apts your crazy the rent is outrageous and they have poor maintenance
Won’t do what they need to to open the pool, deaths, and disrespectful kids that bully other children. The office lady Rebecca is absolutely horrible and does not handle anything the way she should. They don’t take care of problems in the apartments well, I would never recommend for anyone to live here. They will not take care of you.
This place is a joke! 3 weeks every month I have no water, they won't fix any leaks and they won't do anything about a fellow resident almost hitting my car with my infant in the backseat along with my neighbors on their motorcycles. They also do not have the correct phone numbers on their flyers to contact them.
