It is a great place to live. The owner is redoing the roads and adding a park and grill area. Also there is a couple spots he has new trailers moved in....also has a storm shelter
I have lived here for around 4 years now. Lot rent is reasonable,and it's quiet for the most part. I have a trailer but he also has RV lots when available.
