Don’t move here, 98% of the trailers are landlord specials they do the bare minimum to fix the places up. You are responsible for any maintenance to the homes if they do come fix it you’re responsible to pay for any fees. The people over the park are rude and inconsiderate. I know of a couple trailers that are close to falling apart but they don’t care they’ll move you in without a care in the world
Not to bad of a place to live but watch your kids closely cause nobody drives the speed limit around here and has almost hit my kids a couple times and im always outside telling them to slow down I guess people cant read.
It's been pretty good for a change
