I tried to rent a space for my RV and left 3 voicemails with no call back. When I FINALLY reached the management there I was supposed to meet her the next day at 815. She never showed up and I tried calling 6 times before leaving with no answer and I waited 30 minutes as well. Nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog could manage that place better than the management there
Recommended2019 was our first winter season in the park. we enjoyed every minute lots of sun people are all friendly willing to help there neighbors with any projects they need help with. management does a great job. thanks. the pool is great

RecommendedWe travel a lot and have stayed at many RV parks. Some are just ok. Some have nice sites. Others have good prices. Still others have great management and/OR neighbors, but not usually both! When we scouted out Shady Acres from a different park, we instantly appreciated the professionalism AND yet friendly approach of management. There were trees everywhere (hence the “Shady” Acres”). RecommendedSuch a pleasant place to spend our vacation in Yuma. Donnita makes everyone feel so very welcome. All of the residents are welcoming and I feel so safe there because of such a close community. Hope to see them again soon.
RecommendedVery friendly manager. Great neighbors. The pool area is especially lovely. A nice mix of older mobile homes and RV's. The old growth shade trees and flowers make it comfortable and homey. Not the newest and fanciest but we love the non-sterile atmosphere.
RecommendedThe manager Annmarie is very friendly and helpful. The community have a at home feeling about it and very peaceful. I pray I become apart of the Southern Hills Home Community Family. ❤
