I have very mixed feelings about these duplex rentals. There are a lot of pros but the few major cons outweigh the pros in my eyes. Square Ft: This is the BEST feature about these rental duplexes. You get around 1,300 square feet in each unit. That's a lot of space for a small family or for students to split the cost of rent etc. Price: For the square footage you get, you will pay 1,010 a month.
