The technicians from Shads Heating and Air were prompt, knowledgeable and provided friendly service. Our tankless hot water heater was up and running in short order.
I will NEVER hire this person again. Well, I think it's safe to say that I've given Ben more than ample of chances to provide a customer with a service that was needed since November 2023. He asked me to E-transfer $439.57 for a kit to service my tankless heater . He asked me to pay for it in advance before he can order the kit. I asked why, he said sometimes customers change their mind when he order the parts and not pay him. This sounded suspicious but my boiler needs to be serviced.
