I will NEVER hire this person again. Well, I think it's safe to say that I've given Ben more than ample of chances to provide a customer with a service that was needed since November 2023. He asked me to E-transfer $439.57 for a kit to service my tankless heater . He asked me to pay for it in advance before he can order the kit. I have an older Boiler unit running everything in my home and like all older things it shows it's age occasionally. Both times the boiler has crapped out I called Ben from Shads and he was able to get to me the next day to sort out the problem. The experience and professionalism that we get from Ben has been above all expectations and I will continue to call upon his services in the future.
