After a VERY difficult time with our hot water rental company, Shads came to the rescue. Waiting for parts was out of their control, however as soon as the parts arrived they were back bright and early ready to install. Over a week I waited for the rental company to schedule the work, and within an hour of the guys arriving they had hot water up and running.
