Our family member has received excellent treatment at this facility. We are thrilled with how open, honest and caring the staff goes about their duties caring for our loved one.
I love the team at Shadowridge! The staff is incredible, they really care about their residents and go above and beyond for them. Specifically, the Director Levina, and Veronica are great. They take the time to accommodate the residents and they do a wonderful job!
It was validated for me today that this place has set a precedence for certain socioeconomic classes. The administrator, Levina, wasn’t professional enough to inform me that my mother wasn’t a good fit for this assisted living location, due to her socioeconomic status. She was also inept in following up when she said she would regardless of how many messages she received from the staff or voicemails I left. I have a close friend that was put there by her daughter. Terrible place. I would never refer this plactoanyone
I have a lot to say but I will not at this time… I would like to know how many visitors have to take a Covid test and provide their own to enter this facility? I appreciate your Honesty God bless
