We really did have a great experience here. We made a plan on the first day and everything was communicated upfront. Appointments were easy and we were in and out of there quickly each time without having to wait. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and walked us through the plan and expectations (thank you also to Julie and Chris). This is an honest to goodness reliable healthcare office. I stumbled upon Dr. Hennes’ office accidentally and I immediately loved the atmosphere. My now 19-year-old started with Dr. Hennes and when my youngest son was old enough, he also went to Dr. Hennes for his braces. Both Chris and Julie in the front are amazing and super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone that is in need of braces.
