this property was better under ms jenni cause the manger magritta does not speak any english and she only rents too her own race of people. who speak the same tounge as her i went to apply there with my wife and my credit score is above 7'' and i work as a police officer and my wife works as a consaultant we both been working for 5 or 6 yrs with plenty of income and no background issues. and she did not even speak any english and kept on pushing us away from looking at property. and the owner he does not even regoinze other ... read more

With the new owners and management procedures, This appartments are really risen up in condition, repairs & improvements are been done daily, also the repair orders are been handle in a timely maner. The previous owners ware not good at taking care of the place.

Nasty water sewer been there for a week and nothing has been done . Kids can't play outside anymore because of its nasty smell . Manager never picks up the phone or is at the office schedule. Ordered pest control wich I pay separately because rent went up and nothing yet . Ac not working .

Ac stopped working for several apartments, we can stay like this for a long time. Office never picks up the phone to report this problems, or office is never open. We’re are paying rent for that we’re paying for our things to work this is unfair.
