We have the best manager so far and I have been here for 20 years and have seen many managers come and go. there were a lot of craoppy managers in the past. Every appartment building goes through this. We have a very nice building now You can get parking passes during office hours. Thats the way its always been if your guest come after you need to plan ahead. Those are the rules.
This apartment complex is trash! I had nothing but problems for 2 years and management blows you off nonstop! I know multiple people who still live there and they said it is still trash! My sister has flooding right now, told the manager and got blown off! Mold in 75% of the apartments there and all they care about now is the pool. TRASH TRASH TRASH! I wouldn't want my worst enemy to live there

I don't have time to call all the properties I am interested in and it is easiest to gather the initial information via email. This property will not even accommodate a potential resident/customer so I would have to question how they treat current residents/customers.

DO NOT live here, they will tow your car any chance they can get. It is like they don't want people to stay here. No parking for visitors unless they get a pass from the office which locks up at 5:00pm so don't have anyone come after that or their car will be towed after 10pm - short window. Pool is down every month, garage stalls don't fit a normal size pickup truck and landlord doesn't give a shit. Only bright side is the nice maintenance man - he's great.
