RecommendedTook my 4 month old puppy, Luna, to their beginner class and it was a great foundation to our training. We have since passed Intermediate Obedience as well as starting agility. Julie and Shannon are very knowledgeable and passionate about training and dogs. I recommend them to all of my friends and family! We LOVE Shadowland!
We love this facility. We are greeted with friendly faces and the dogs are greeted with a calm atmosphere and are not overwhelmed with fear as they had with a previous kennel. Before finding Shadowlands, we had went to drop off our boys at a different kennel and were greeted by anxious dogs barking an an overpowering smell of urine. The dogs were instantly trembling and a staff member had tried to drag our lab on his leash so hard he was being choked. NOPE. Trip canceled. We will drive further for Shadowlands. I love the obedience, agility, and fitness classes at Shadowland. Julie and Shannon are knowledgeable, helpful, and care about both their human and canine clients. My dogs and I always have fun and learn a lot at their training classes!
I can't recommend Shadowland enough. The classes are both fun and educational. The instructors have tremendous knowledge that they share in a way that it is easy to learn, And if your dog is a little stubborn don't worry they also have a lot of patience, If you have a new puppy or an old dog that needs to learn a new trick then this is the place for you! Thank you Shadowland!
We attended obedience class with both of our dogs and are so impressed with Julie and the staff's knowledge and professionalism. They taught us to train our dogs during the period of of the class, and most importantly, gave us the information needed to continue moving forward after it was all over. They truly understand dogs and made sure to spend part of each class patiently critiquing each owner's technique and each dog's unique situation and needs.
Great place to get your puppy started to become a well mannered companion and to learn about the basics of fun performance events. Shannon and Julie are very knowledgeable. We take all our pups there to learn!

Highly recommended Shadowland for obedience classes. We just finished beginner's class. We ( my dog and myself) learned so much and plan on continuing with classes.
