I used Shadowcat for some land clearing on my property which was overgrown with heavy underbrush. David was great to work with. He comes out and walks the land with you beforehand and listens to what your requirements, concerns and objectives are and makes good suggestions, but ultimitely does exactly what you want and agree to.
