Have not lived here that long... but my experience so far has been great. Willing to fix any problems with the apartment (minor problems), no hassles from mgt., very nice neighbors, I walk to the mailbox and around at night and feel safe. I figure all they want is a responsible tenant and we will get along. Ill let you know if that changes...
AFTER LIVING THERE FOR MORE THAT A DECADE AND PUTTING UP WITH THE DRUG DEALING THE MOBIL DRUG LAB THAT WAS IN THE PARKING AND THE OVER CROWDING. THEY BROKE NOT US BROKE THE LEASE. NEVER RETURNED OUR DEPOSIT. i RECORDED THE CONVERSATION THAT i HAD WITH KATHY THE MANAGER AND SHE IS A TWO FACE LIER.
