Packages constantly stolen, dog droppings on the road, roaches crawling over units, very loud neighbors and can hardly sleep for more than a few hours at night from noise... paper thin walls / ceilings / floors. Haven't had one good nights sleep since moving in
The condominium itself is excellent, but the administration is absolutely unacceptable. They fail to address even the most basic issues and seem solely focused on fining residents. Packages from Amazon frequently go missing, and management offers no accountability or solution. The security staff appears to serve no real purpose other than issuing fines. This was one of the worst and most frustrating living experiences I’ve ever had.
As many of you may know, there was a very sad and tragic incident this past week at Shadowbrook. This was an unattended death in which the gentleman was dead for some time, resulting in extensive decompostition and a biohazard emergency. I will not name the deceased out of respect, but my low rating is for the response by the condo board and management. My daughter returned to her unit after surgery and carrying her 2 week old son to discover large amounts of decomposition dripping from the bathroom ceiling. I don't believe ... read more
