Beautiful setting as others have mentioned before, terrible management that wants to bleed its residents dry of their money every which way possible. Buildings are also overrun with cockroaches, if you’re looking to rent for the money they’re charging around here you should definitely look elsewhere.
Beautiful location. However, the administration is absolutely terrible. Lee and Emily are unhelpful and do not expect any solutions or support from them. The security staff serve absolutely no purpose unless it is to issue fines. It seems as if the Board of Trustees and management sole interest is to take your money, not actually help their residents or visitors. A beautiful setting ruined by terrible management.
