Great location! We would recommend living here mostly because of the location, we love the downtown. The building was built using the cheapest supplies, but maintenance is pretty good and the people are cordial. Repairs happen fairly quickly, but make friends with the awesome maintenance man and things happen faster. ;> PROS: Location, clean and useful laundry facility, okay parking. CONS: Sliding mirror doors break a lot and carpet is CHEAP!!!
Easily accessible Decent place to live. No real complaints other than our apartment faces a courtyard and sound tends to echo pretty loudly if your windows are open.
yellow... These apartments are yellow.. you can't miss them! The apartments are pretty nice, but they just took their prices up, and are a bit pricey. There are better options around Fullerton. They also have a gym, laundry mat, pool & jacuzzi available for all residents. The management is OK. Sometimes they get things done quickly and other times they completely forget.
Unsafe and they dont care This whole experience at Haver Hill has been nothing shy of a NIGHTMARE! Starts off if you complain to the leasing office about any sort of noise after ten O'clock, they don't care. What they do is ask the other tenant what the problem is, and do nothing about it, but suggest to call the police. After that if the same tenant smashes your wind shield in that you complained about, guess what they don't care, even after a police report is made. Great location, affordable prices Great location right on El Camino Real in Sunnyvale. Very nice appartments, really good feel to the appt complex. Nice gym, pool and courteous staff at the appt complex office. Good underground parking available. PROS: CONS: Small stair space - inconvenient to move stuff up/down, lil pricy but worth
Not worth the money It is not worth what you pay in rent. The parking is horrible. Visitors get better parking than residents. It is so loud on the weekends. There are residents that leave there dogs in the balcony and they bark all day and night and when you complain nothing gets done. Maintenance crew is fantastic. I can put in a call and it gets done with in hours. It has good storage in the apt and the bathrooms are really spacious and nice. stay away!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been living here for almost a year now. At first glance you are sucked in by the look of the apartments and the spacious floor plans. But once i moved in the reality kicked in, i have seen people walking around checking residents cars to see if any were unlocked, numerous domestic disturbances, and parking is a joke. not to mention the noise, if you do chose to stay at pinnacle at Otay ranch always chose the top floor, unless you want to hear running, jumping and music from the neighbors upstairs, a... read more
Kids, Teens means noise noise noise We've lived here for over 2 years now, just waiting for the lease to expire. The management staff is great, but their abilities to control noise must be severely limited.There are unsupervised teens that live here. They loiter around drinking creating messes and noise all day and all night. They invite their teenage friends who end up parking in everyone's parking spot. Nightmare Nightmare. The walls are very thin and kids running everywhere. Maintenance is great but don't let the nice looks fool you. For the price they should be look better
