I understand if you need a place to stay so your kids can go to Clinton but this place is terrible. They own most of the complexes in Clinton and there are no amenities. There is not even a way to pay your rent online. There are no updates to the apartment. It looks like the golden girl era. They won’t bring new appliances they just band aid the old one. The plumbing is terrible. If you can please find something else but the city allows them to operate in this disarray.
I stayed here with my mom following an injury that required assistance. This was my mom’s first time in an apartment , as she sold her home to have a house built. She cared less about things around the apartment that I thought required attention. I wish I’d been in town when she was initially looking for a place. Honestly, it’s just somewhere to stay lol. It’s not horrible, but I personally abhor apartments without a balcony/patio. No amenities whatsoever. Her building clearly has foundation issues — it is LITERALLY leaning ... read more
