I moved here in 2017 and had only seen photos online. I met Lois the property manager and I new this was going to be a good place to live. Lois is on the ball and makes sure we don't have trashy people moving in. The maintenance guys are pretty quick to get important things fixed right away minor things. They're a little lackluster on . They recently installed new washers and dryers which are quite nice. We have carports which are nice. Keep your car cool. There's a pool. And it's quiet neighborhood. I lived here for 6 years and never had any problems. I moved because of job relocation. Lois the Manager was always very nice to me and I never had any problems with her
The landlord is ANNOYING! all up in your business, wanting to know who and why every visitor is there. Maintenance men will come days earlier than scheduled just to be nosy. Lois will threaten you, and your guest with the law for trespassing. Has told me more than once that the police officer that lives out there, and has ran tags and they shouldn't be there. The vehicle she described is registered to me, but my sister drives it. When I called Lois out on that than the story change to my neighbors. Do yourself a favor until ... read more
