Did not like living here. The staff is SUPER unreliable and does not seem to give a crap after they get you to sign a lease. Even though the grounds are lovely, my apartment was a shithole with poorly working toilet, rusted out bathroom sink, nasty grout that never got replaced, and no insulation (over 100 degrees in my apartment in summer and I often had to stay at friends' houses), neighbor's cat was always shitting on my balcony and the office DID NOT CARE. I’ve lived in both Shadowbrook and Heatherstone—both Prometheus properties—and one thing that has remained consistent is the service. Berto, in particular, is an absolute gem. More than just a service professional, he’s the kind of person who approaches every issue with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. Really great place. Staff takes care of any problems very quickly. Emely is particularly wonderful.
What an incredible team! I needed help with my appliance and on the same day the service request was taken care of. Thank you so much Emily, Omar, Francisco for all you do. I truly enjoy living here!!!
