I lived at Shadowbrook for 18 months (2024–2025). The front desk and maintenance staff were always kind, and the common areas were generally well maintained. Our unit was old with aged appliances but it was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the move-out process RUINED the entire experience. Shadowbrook seems determined to keep your entire deposit, no matter what. When we moved in, the unit smelled of animal urine and had not been properly cleaned. Update: the team has reached out and is working with us on the issues we faced while leasing. Will update again when resolved. *** if the unit you're leasing is occupied, ask questions and do not rely on verbal info alone. Presence of washer/dryers, AC, carpet vs hard flooring, walls, windows, patios are not immediately clear from their naming system nor explicitly marked on the site
The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet and I love the survive that Emely gives she is very kind and is always helping out and a very good attitude
So fun I had the best time!
