For the price, its ok. The old growth trees make up for a lot, but there's no birds that nest here, so other than the greenery, no nature. Occasionally, early spring you might see a goose or duck in the pool - at least something is getting enjoyment from the pools. Dog poop is rampant, some people seem to be really inconvenienced to pick up after their pet. Managers do nothing to remove cars parked in wrong spots. Making new mention of an ongoing issue. Hours. It may say 9 to 6 but this is at their will. Do not expect them to ahere to 6pm, you will get kicked out of the pool early, and no one is working so they arent able to hear your complaints. You can be timely with rent, but they'll still be upset that you need fixes or new blinds. I don't suggest renting here unless you absolutely must. Maintenance workers are awesome. (Edit: thanks for replying 2 years after I moved out. Dont expect this level of delay if rent us due!)

I have been living at this property almost 4 years. I never had any problems at all, maintenance are pretty good all times. When I placed a maintenance request usually takes 2-3 business days. Laundry room most times clean. Office: Maria, Rosemary and Brianna always available for help tenants. Very quiet property, clean and closed by schools, grocery shopping, freeway and China Town

These apartments are infested with flies. Big flies, small flies, fruit flies. Last year, I blamed it on the hot weather, but a few months ago they replaced all outside lights with BRIGHT LED lights that attract all kinds of flies! They are outside of every single apartment and no matter where you look, you see flies, day and night! They make their way inside of the apartments even when you have them super clean. I’ve walked the complex and they’re literally everywhere! It’s just so disgusting and irritating.
