Pools were never opened during the summer, or were but we weren't notified? But they cleaned them. The "upgraded" apartments have new flooring, the same crappy cabinets (stained particle board), and resurfaced counters. Walls and ceilings are repainted without texture coating. The area can be quiet at night, but at the same time, late night there's people drinking, listening to music, and talking outside after 8pm up till 1a at times. I been living at shadowbrook apartments for 2 weeks now they are a reason I picked this place it's every clean environment ,the front desk ladies are super professional, I had a issue at my apartment with the AC I called in a matter 5 mins maintenance man showed up fixed the issue. Mr Michael is every professional with his work we are glad to have him help us . Thanks so much for giving us a safe place to live . I recommend this place to everyone .

Y'all have a new maintenance gentleman who is awesome. I was visiting a friend and saw how good and competent he was. Very knowledgeable and clear in his information.
Making new mention of an ongoing issue. Hours. It may say 9 to 6 but this is at their will. Do not expect them to ahere to 6pm, you will get kicked out of the pool early, and no one is working so they arent able to hear your complaints. You can be timely with rent, but they'll still be upset that you need fixes or new blinds. I don't suggest renting here unless you absolutely must. Maintenance workers are awesome.
