Went to look at an apartment at shadowbrook last week, they showed me a 2 bedroom apartment she said for \$650, it was AWFUL, you could smell mold, the cabinets were broken, sink faucets was broken, the sticky tiles were ripped, carpet was stained, and it was even missing a toilet. I asked if everything would be fixed by the time anyone wanted to move in, they reply "yes but the rent will go to \$750 if you want those items repaired" REALLY you will charge extra for rent if you have to bring the apartment up to the standards... read more
This place rocks, I am in a brand new unit, all tile, open floorplan and close to everything I need. \$850 a month for a 2/2 with big screenroom, washer dryer, tons of parking, big pool, workout center, come on people, this is terrific. Glad I found it and it s filling up now that the economy is picking up...
I've lived here for 2.5 years and over the last 6 months things have made a dramatic improvement.My neighbor told me they are conducting full renovations on the units. We toured one and they now look like palaces. Not sure exactly what's going on but I like it!
Right now the bank owns the property. Dont hold your breath.
Ive been living here for over a year and I see the new owners are trying. Everything takes time, but you can see how the look and quality of the property has improved.
