RecommendedGreat location and huge rooms. close to shopping. my lease is due soon if they raise it again I think I'll leave though. last year it went up $70 so it's not worth it to stay. they have good manger nice property and good neighborhood to live as long you want
I wouldn't refer anyone here. Property is nice, which attracted me to this place, its decent with a nice green entrance. More importantly, management and matinence is very poor. I went all summer, basically, with out A/C. All but about 2 weeks in total did it work. Nothing is fixed properly or in a timely matter.
Worst place in the world to move! If your even thinking about moving to west valley, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! unless you want maintenance men that are lazy, a swimming pool, hot tub and gym that are closed on Sundays, your car to be broken into, thieves that will steal stuff right off of your balcony, and don't forget the sex and drugs that go on right outside of your door!
