I adore this place.David in the office goes above and beyond.
Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I had problems from day one and absolutely ZERO compassion or sympathy from the management or owners. These apartments are disgusting and falling apart.. and still increasing the rent. I am not normally the one to make comments like this but I don’t want anyone else to endure what I have.
All about affordability
I do not recommend moving into these apartments under any circumstances. Living here has been one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had. The “amenities” they’re advertise are completely misleading. The gym and pool have not been open in years, yet they are still used as a selling point. Maintenance is practically nonexistent. I’ve been submitting requests for months and nothing ever gets fixed.
