If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst experience ever! We bought a trailer from Shadow Trailer World in December 2020, but was never able to use it because Dana failed to get us a title. After 5+ months and a million excuses from Dana we ended up having to hire a lawyer to get the matter resolved. Save your time and money: go somewhere other than Shadow Trailer World!!!
To bad this pace is closing June 1st.
Great staff. Had a horse railer that we needed. All in all very happy dealing with Shadow Trailer World.
I have a horse that coliced earlier in the year and we wanted to try a specialty Tribute feed that had to be special ordered. The local farm store was not reliable to keep it coming and not let me run out, which is worse than just refusing to order it, if I was forced to abruptly change feed. The staff at Shadow Trailer World asked how much I needed per month and has it kept it in stock for me. They are horse people and understand the importance of maintaining horses on the same feed. Their customer service cannot be beat!!
