I’ve lived here for over two years and it has been a very pleasant experience. Though some of the fixtures are a little dated the neighbors, management, and staff are all friendly and understanding. It’s peaceful and the grounds are pretty well maintained, Maintenence responds quickly to requests and the property management is personable and kind.
I have rented from John Evans/Shadow Run 2 times. Both times have been flawless. John is a personable and helpful professional. The property is safe,secure and clean. If Hubbard and the surrounding areas are where you are looking, Shadow Run should be a priority.
I loved living here, the neighbors and apt complex manager were all very friendly. I lived on floor three and had no inconsiderate neighbors. Very clean and well maintained. Halls and shared areas might need some updating, but really liked calling Shadow Run home for the time I was there :)
Apartments are very nice but you need excellent credit. Never applying here again.
